A fantastically beautiful hybrid of Chinese cabbage with purple-pink leaves and snow-white veins.
The taste is slightly different from the taste of green-leafed varieties - it is softer and sweeter, with a light aroma.
The hybrid is mid-season, forms a head of cabbage weighing 0.8-1.2 kg in 70-75 days from germination. Crispy juicy leaves are low in calories (16 kcal per 100 g) and contain a large amount of soluble fiber and useful antioxidants.
It is recommended to use fresh or with minimal heat treatment. A good choice for decorating a garden bed and a table.
